The former Sprint Headquarters was acquired by new management. Over the next 12-year plan, it will undergo renovations to all major office buildings for new tennants and see the additions of apartments, restaurants, green spaces, trails, and a community center. Such a drastic repurposing of the space, demanded a new name and brand to build itself around: "Aspiria"

The former Sprint headquarters is nearing the completion of its first 10-year remodel as Aspiria and is increasingly coming into its own as the community and cultural center of Overland Park, Kansas.
