Riversedge

RiversEdge is a new mixed use development currently under construction on the St. Johns River in Jacksonville, Florida. It will be a lively walkable neighborhood with sweeping river views, public art, riverfront shops, restaurants and a destination that promotes health-forward living. At the heart of RiversEdge is The Pearl, a striking 50-foot sculpture by artist Marc Fornes of THEVERYMANY. We used this centerpiece as the inspiration for the logo and visual identity.

2025 Graphis Design Awards Gold Winner

  • Our goal was to design a striking, memorable logo that was elegant to reflect the property itself, but approachable to reflect the public gathering spaces, restaurants and shops. 

  • The logo has been universally embraced by the Jacksonville City Council and members of the community. Several prospective tenants and residents have expressed interest in coming to RiversEdge.
