Aspiria District
In 2020, the grounds of the former Sprint Headquarters was acquired by Occidental Management Co. Over the next 12 year plan, it will undergo renovations to all major office buildings for new tennants and see the additions of apartments, restaurants, green spaces, trails, and a community center. Such a drastic repurposing of the space, deserved a new name and brand: "Aspiria"
